Te Waikoropupu Springs are the largest freshwater springs in New Zealand, the largest cold water springs in the Southern Hemisphere and contain some of the clearest water ever measured.

Abel Tasman National Park is renowned for its golden beaches, sculptured granite cliffs, and its world-famous coast track.  You can tramp, sail, boat and kayak through the park.

The Heaphy Track also begins from Golden Bay for an amazing tramp!
