Golden Flow yoga teacher training was one of the most empowering and worthwhile experiences of my life.

The various trainers all brought a wealth of knowledge about many different elements of yoga teaching, and took us far beyond simply learning the asanas. I felt well supported throughout the training, and now have a strong foundation for teaching yoga.

I'm so grateful that I chose to do my training with Golden Flow, and got to connect with such incredible people in stunning Golden Bay!
