Golden Flow level 2 yoga teacher training is a transformational experience to guide your yoga journey into more depth and understanding of all aspects of the yogic path.  This training will take your teaching from OK to AWESOME!
This 300hr Yoga Alliance recognised course aims to develop and refine your personal practice and skills as a yoga instructor, and to improve your health and well being. This course has a focus on yoga for individual needs, tailored to suit each person and circumstance.

The Golden Flow Yoga training is a fusion of all aspects of yoga. It brings together the alignment and attention of Iyengar, the breath and Prana flow of Vinyasa and the lifestyle and philosophy of exploring and living the Eightfold Path of yoga. Students will learn to capably instruct a solid and safe level 2 Hatha-style class and then have the freedom and encouragement to find their own intuition, flow and pathways within that. It’s not just about learning asana – this is a holistic, wholehearted training that will deepen the student’s yogic knowledge and practices. The primary focus of teaching technique will be Hatha level 2. You will also have the opportunity to explore and deepen your understanding, practise and teaching instruction of Yin, Restorative and Vinyasa Flow yoga.

This training is suitable to those who have completed a level 1 200hr yoga teacher training and have been teaching yoga within the previous full year prior to the level 2 course.
