The deeper understanding to why I made the choice to becoming a Yoga Teacher by Shaz Joli, 2019 YTT (yoga with Shaz).

"At the beginning of my journey into this transformation of self it was about healing and finding answers for me.

I started practicing my yoga by following YouTube tutorial and listening to blogs. I never thought I would become a Teacher of my own learning I just new that this was something for me and it had a purpose as well. I found myself feeling free, balanced, understanding of oneself which was something I hadn't experienced on this level. Yoga become part of my lifestyle, my routine it was the norm for me daily. The transition from being the learner to becoming the teacher was when friends reached out to me asking about yoga? How to do yoga? Benefits of yoga? Then wanting to practice yoga with me. Asking me to teach them how to do yoga correctly. I invited them to learn and do yoga with me. It was then my inner calling sparked and I had this deep rooted connection to becoming a Yoga Teacher.

I didn't seek any courses to study, I so happened to see Golden Flow Yoga page on Facebook. I knew that day this is where my Learning knowledge would take place. I love Takaka and have been drawn to this special part in the world. How blessed to have this slice of paradise in New Zealand.

It made so much sense to me to study with Golden Flow Yoga. This is where the magic happened of transformation knowledge growth love light and all my dreams came true. I learned so much studying here. Everything was delivered so well it was easy to understand and the mentoring was very reassuring and nurturing. I loved everything about the study the practice and the environment the food the beautiful teachers Aeven Kelly & Karen Huaki-Feaver beautiful students Golden bay babes YTT Nov 2k19 and beautiful hosts that shared this space alongside me were so humble.

This is a very special time in my life and it's a very rewarding experience. I look forward to my next chapter of learning back at Golden flow. I definitely recommend anyone who's wanting to become a teacher and this is your calling to do so Golden Flow is amazing. Thank you all to everyone along the way who have joined me in practice before my Course and after in learning, sharing and thriving it means so much to me I appreciate you all so much and just wanted to let you all know you are amazing and Thank you!!
