Michael's recommendation

I was walking through a book store on Wednesday and this book appeared... It brought me back to Golden Bay and our amazing journey together a year ago. It reminded me of the rain and the food. It reminded me of us gathering in circle, connecting and learning.

And just like yoga, life is so much more than the body and form. For me, the journey of the immersion was a deepening into who I am, I was left inspired and moved by being with you all.

The memories remain, the laughs are still there and yoga was forever changed for me. I'm smiling right now - WOW! It was fun!
